CANCELLATION POLICY

A non-refundable deposit is required to confirm every appointment. Your appointment is not confirmed until the required deposit is received. Rescheduling & Deposit Transfers With 24 hours or more notice, your deposit may be transferred to a new appointment one time only. After that one transfer, any additional cancellation or rescheduling forfeits the deposit and a new deposit is required to book again. Extended appointments are subject to the separate notice requirements below. Standard Cancellations For appointments under 60 minutes: less than 24 hours' notice: 50% of the scheduled service total is due. Same-day cancellation: 100% is due, even if you notify Fuzz Off that you will not be attending. No-show: 100% is due. Extended Appointments — 60+ Minutes Appointments scheduled for 60 minutes or longer require at least 7 days' notice to cancel, reschedule, or remove services. 7+ days' notice: Changes may be made without a cancellation fee; deposit transfers remain subject to the deposit policy. Less than 7 days' notice: 50% of the originally booked service total is due. Same-day cancellation: 100% of the originally booked service total is due. No-show or arrival too late to accommodate the appointment: 100% of the originally booked service total is due. Removing services that would shorten the appointment is considered an appointment change and is subject to the same notice requirements. By booking an appointment lasting 60 minutes or longer, you agree to this Extended Appointment Policy. Repeated Cancellations / Rescheduling Repeated cancellations or rescheduling may result in full prepayment being required for future appointments or loss of booking privileges. Service Changes & Multiple Services For appointments under 60 minutes, services may be removed or changed more than 24 hours before the appointment without penalty. Within 24 hours, you are responsible for 100% of all services originally booked, even if you decide not to receive one or more of them. Appointments lasting 60+ minutes follow the Extended Appointment Policy. Additional services may be added only if time allows. Late Arrivals A 10-minute grace period is provided. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your service may need to be shortened or cancelled depending on the time remaining. If the service can still be completed, 100% of the originally booked service total remains due, even if shortened. If the appointment can no longer be accommodated, it is treated as a same-day cancellation and 100% is due. Arriving late does not reduce or replace cancellation fees. No-Show Booking Privileges After one no-show, all future appointments must be prepaid in full. A second no-show will result in permanent loss of booking privileges. Declined Cards & Outstanding Balances If a card on file is declined when a cancellation, late, or no-show fee is due, an invoice will be sent for the outstanding balance. The balance must be paid the same day the invoice is issued, unless other arrangements have been communicated and approved by Fuzz Off. If payment is not received and there is no communication, booking privileges will be suspended immediately. Outstanding balances must be paid in full before booking privileges may be reinstated. Fuzz Off may require full prepayment or permanently revoke booking privileges for repeated declined payments, unpaid balances, or failure to communicate. Extra Guests Female friends or family members are welcome for emotional support. A heads-up before bringing an extra guest is appreciated. Guests must remain respectful of the studio, equipment, furniture, and appointment in progress. Children Children are welcome but must be supervised and respectful of the studio at all times. No eating, climbing on furniture, playing with equipment, or damaging studio property is permitted. The accompanying client is responsible for any damage caused. Period Policy You can still be waxed while on your period. Please wear a tampon or menstrual cup during the service. Cancelling or rescheduling because of your period does not waive the cancellation fee; the applicable cancellation policy still applies. Severe Weather & Flooding Your safety comes first. If severe weather, flooding, road closures, or hazardous travel conditions make it unsafe to travel, contact Fuzz Off as soon as possible. Your appointment may be rescheduled without a cancellation fee and your deposit transferred. Normal rain or weather that does not create unsafe travel conditions is not exempt. If Fuzz Off closes due to unsafe conditions, affected appointments will be rescheduled without penalty. By booking an appointment with Fuzz Off, you acknowledge and agree to these policies
